Within our international department of ~400ambitious people we have two focus areas; one focuses on planning an upgrade orinstall event; the other focusses on managing our after sales service levelcontracts.
Within Customer Supply Chain Management we are searching for professionals who are able to plan and preparea complex "event" atourcustomer’s facilities. In the preparation phase of these events you ensureparts and tools are available on time at the right location. To achieve this,you need to plan and prioritize customer requirements, report to yourstakeholders and drive escalations when needed.
Youwill be the linking pin between all in- and external stakeholders
We have several positions to offer from starters level till senior management.
Master’sdegree is required preferably in supply chain management or industrialengineering
Depending on the level you are interested in.
For junior: additional and relevant activities beside your study are preferred.
For medior and senior: 2-5 years relevant experience in a largeinternational company (industry or consultancy), ideally Supply Chain,Engineering, Operations or Procurement background
Knowledgeof business complexity, supply chain and/or relevant industry
Atactical, analytical thinker with strong interpersonal and communicationskills, decision making and project management skills
Drivefor results, act under high pressure and stakeholder management
Culturalawareness and SAP knowledge is a prerequisite
Resultoriented, convincing, pro-active and “can do” mentality
Proventalent who can grow into the next step and is able to organize andprioritize workload
Excellentprofessional communication in English and Dutch
Context of the position
The Customer Supply Chain Management(CSCM) team is responsible for meeting service level agreements (SLAs) withcustomers. System downtime costs customers up to a million USD per day so SLAsare extremely tight, with downtime waiting for parts and tools limited to aslittle as 20 minutes per system per week. CSCM manages such challenges in aglobal network with thousands of unique spare parts and delivers true customersatisfaction through differentiated and affordable supply chain services.ASML’s aggressive time-to-market strategy and increasing system functionalitymeans machines are often upgraded at the customer during their lifetime. CSCM’shighly educated workforce drives planning and execution of the supply chainaspects of commercial upgrades, field change orders, machine shipments andtransfers.
