The Customer Supply Chain Management (CSCM) team is responsible for meeting service level agreements (SLAs) with customers. System downtime costs customers up to a million USD per day so SLAs are extremely tight, with downtime waiting for parts and tools limited to as little as 20 minutes per system per week. CSCM manages such challenges in a global network with thousands of unique spare parts and delivers true customer satisfaction through differentiated and affordable supply chain services. ASML’s aggressive time-to-market strategy and increasing system functionality means machines are often upgraded at the customer during their lifetime. CSCM’s highly educated workforce drives planning and execution of the supply chain aspects of commercial upgrades, field change orders, machine shipments and transfers. You will functional lead a team that will enable CSCM to be successful in this challenging environment and deliver upon the CSCM 2020 roadmap.

Job Mission

Do you like to have real ownership and feel responsible for the availability for a set of materials? As special planner you are responsible to plan critical materials at the right warehouses at the right cost. Collect the worldwide demand via various channels to prepare the best possible plan and then align, communicate and execute the plan. Meanwhile drive for both performance and cost improvement on your material scope

Job Description

-E2E Pool planning special materials including field deliveries
-Provide forecast on materials that require special planning
-Maintain demand & supply overview for special planning materials
-Identify and solve D&S gaps
-Coordinate & execute planning based on supply & demand
-Coordinate materials within FSD process for materials in work scope
-First point of contact w.r.t. availability & demand on materials in work scope
-Setting of MRP parameters
-Communication and stakeholder management on status & delivery of special planning materials
-Identify, initiate and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives related to work scope


-Relevant bachelor/master degree (e.g. supply chain or engineering)


-< 5 years of relevant experience in a large international company, ideally supply chain, engineering, operations or procurement background
