Compensation & Benefits Manager
In a nutshell
You will be responsible for the design, planning, implementation andmonitoring of Compensation & Benefits programs and processes in China. Ourprograms are aimed to be legally compliant, market competitive and internallyaligned with business goals. This will involve close cooperation with severaldisciplines, such as legal, tax, finance, payroll and HR in China, Asia and inthe Netherlands.
The Compensation & Benefits Manager will report to Senior Manager,primarily in charge ofCompensation& Benefits in China and lead some of the Regional Compensation &Benefits initiatives.
Leads the rewards plan in China, across all legal entities and sectors.
Develop competitive rewards structures, policies, programs and processes for country specific C&B topics, such as salary structure, incentives, car allowance, retirement benefits, etc..
Explains and guides managers and stakeholders, using good analysis and evaluations
Drive and co-ordinates the change effort in the area of compensation and benefits.
Comprehensive analysis of Compensation & Benefits needs for each sector.
Manage annual compensation cycle
Develop effective communications for rewards initiatives.
Provide advice to managers and human resources generalists.
Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure alignment with global initiatives.
Collaborate with other colleagues including HR service center, payroll, HRP&I, legal and finance in country and the region.
Manage, train and develop Compensation staff.
The ideal candidate has 10years professional compensation & benefits experience with both operationaland strategic skills.
In-depth knowledge inCompensation & Benefits
Experience in demonstratingproject management skills in a lead role.
Experience leading a changeeffort
Experience in consulting or semiconductorindustry would be an advantage.
You should be professionally confident and convincingat Management level, and at the same time sensitive towards local businessneeds.
Strong leadership andmanagement through collaboration and negotiation.
Ability to influence and advisein a matrix environment.
Strong financial and analyticalcapabilities.
