The Manufacturing Operations in Wilton Connecticut is responsible for the production of lithography tools and optical fabrication as well as purchasing and logistics. The complete production process of the most advanced machines takes place within Manufacturing. This position is based in the Plans and Controls group within the manufacturing sector in Wilton, Connecticut.

To realize 'World Class' support to Manufacturing in order to ensure highest product quality, short lead-times and 'short time-to-market' by continuous improvement of ASML's new and existing products and processes.The capacity manager will be responsible for the overall department capacity planning and execution, leading a team of production control and tracking to schedule, monitor, and prioritize the movement of material through the optical fabrication cycle to ensure on time delivery.
-Implement lead time scheduling by being the expert in SAP APO, including working with production engineering on work center capacities and management of bottleneck resources.
-Work cross functionally with engineering, optical fabrication management, production planning and final assembly to deliver on time and to customer specifications.
-Develop and monitor key in-house production reports.
-Monitor and manage inventory to target, develop inventory and cycle time reduction strategies.
-Coordinate daily production reviews.
-Identify, schedule and monitor utilization of key capacity restraints (CnC machines and coating chambers).
-Work with D&E and world-wide customers to schedule and monitor new product introduction and developmental activities to ensure on time delivery to project milestones.
Bachelor of Science in engineering, business or data analytics, or equivalent experience.
-8-12 years experience in manufacturing.
-Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
-Knowledge of manufacturing resources planning theories, principles and industry practices.
-SAP Business Warehouse and Business Objects a plus.
-APICS certification a plus.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Advanced computer skill and data analysis skills.
-Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
