Job MissionImprove efficiency & quality of processes and provide decision support through data analytics.
Job Description• Pro-actively identify (e.g. by means of data analytics/process data mining), initiate and execute process improvements (e.g. applying RPA and Continuous Monitoring) for the Procure to Pay process (a.o. automatic ordering, requisition to order, request for quotation, master data quality)
• Embed RPA within the Global Operational Procurement Processes
• Participate in the implementation of (cross sector) improvement initiatives
• Support the Global Operational Procurement team with incident investigation and problem solving
• Generate KPI reports and perform analyses
• Generate management information / reports
Bachelor or master degree in Business Economics, Econometrics, Information Management or similar. Ideally followed up with relevant courses on process automation, data analytics and/or business intelligence.
•1 to max. 4 years relevant experience in data analytics and process automation, preferably in a Procure to Pay environment
•SAP ECC, Process- and/or Data Mining, RPA, affinity with Business Intelligence tools (especially Spotfire) and/or Continuous Process Monitoring is preferred.

Context of the position
The Data Analytics and Process Improvement Specialist is part of the Global Operational Procurement (GOP) team. Within the Strategic Sourcing & Procurement organization, GOP is responsible for a best in class execution of the requisition to pay process.
The Data Analytics and Process Improvement Specialist reports to the Team lead Process Monitoring & Application Support. He/she interacts with various departments and layers in- and outside of Global Operational Procurement (a.o. Finance, Logistics, Sourcing).
