Manages the supply chain and other internalprocesses influencing the material availability. Furthermore managing theappropriate stock-levels within LF factory and the supply chain for LF and hubin NL.

Interfaces internally with Production Planning,Procurement, Supply Chain Engineering, Quality Engineering, Customer supportlogistics, Supply Chain Management, Logistic Strategy, Warehouse, ReversedLogistics, LF Logistics, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Material Plannerin TW/NL/US. Externally with suppliers and forwarders

Job Description

Managing demand

·Output analysis of the MRP for assigned parts from Demand andSupply point of view.
·Responsible for managing the capacity on tactical and operationallevel at the supplier, so the proper priority can be set.
·Responsible for differenttypes of ordering:
-NB (New Buy) ordering
-Intercompany ordering
-Repair ordering
·Ordering parts as agreedwithin the Long Term Agreement (parts with a material-contract).
·Monitor ordering flow andsupplier’s logistic performance.
·Expedite completepurchase-order backlog at supplier (incl. repair-orders)
-Prioritize these reschedulesto minimize risk on stock-outs and over planned within ASML
-In case of discrepanciesdeliberate with the internal customer to be able to set the correct priorities.
-Responsible for the properescalation of these shortages.
·Translate performance invendor rating, communicate with suppliers, initiate and follow up improvements(also a SAT(Supplier Account Team) member)
5.R4V onbuy parts
·After checking differentparameters, an active take over of materials offered by PLM. Redefine masterdata settings for “volume” ordering. Moving upstream in the process, byactively taking over “pilot” parts (not necessarily meeting all R4V criteria)

Managing plan and product-changes (EC’s)
1.Analyzeon demand
2.Changepurchase orders within financial guidelines (SOX compliant)
3.Advisoryrole for demand control in checking feasibility on plan changes together withthe supplier
4.SupportProcurement with cancellation of Purchase Orders
5.More andmore take over responsibility of PLM of EC-changes before it is implemented.
6.Responsiblefor managing the product changes effected by RIO (Release In Order):
7.Definethe cluster possibilities and costs with the supplier and advise the project(before the EC is closed)
8.Manageshortages and over planned caused by RIO and advise the RIO team concerning thecosts and changed clusters (after EC is closed)

1.Masterdata; responsible for the correct logistic parameters for the assigned partsand the maintenance of these parameters.
2.Pointout discrepancies on master data settings to the responsible department in caseMP isn’t responsible (e.g. info record, duration of material contract)
3.Supplierrelations; routine communication including conference call to improve andmaintain logistic performance with suppliers
4.Internalrelations, improve and maintain internal processes
5.Memberin SAT, responsible for logistic paragraph in supplier performance.
6.Adapt,implement and maintain new supply chain strategies at suppliers and theinternal settings as agreed with Logistic Strategy

Analyze and Communication
1.Inventorycontrol, manage inventory level to an agreed target
2.Communicationand reporting, report relevant KPI’s
Responsiblefor the Material Availability, analysis and improvement actions.


Bachelor or above inIndustrial Engineering/ Business Management


3+ years’ experiencematerial planning in a manufacturing environment (preferably equipmentmanufacturing industry)

Personal skills

.Englishand Mandarin
.Solid understanding ofvarious operations functions.
.Experience in an ERP / MRPenvironment, an understanding of those systems, and an ability to track productand report issues is required.SAPexperiences is a plus
.Familiarity with the Theoryof MRP
.Skilled in the use of MSOffice. Strong excel skills are of particular importance.
