Introduction

Anticipate, analyze and solve problems from customer, 1st line Fab team or Applications team, help building the problem solving capacity, develop capabilities for new product launches and support within product guidelines and time frames as agreed with the internal/external customer by creating and maintaining working instructions and providing service requirements and making optimal use of knowledge inside and outside the own domain, in order to support servicing ASML Machines.

Job Description

Business and commercial sense
* Understands business of customer and ASML role
* Takes up role in daily resource planning
* Has vision on own operation, gives input on field service delivery procedures within country
* Thinks of areas of improvement within own scope of influence

Financial capability
* Understands P&L and impact of service contracts on each operational activity
* Responsible for cost efficiency and improvement ideas regarding own unit. Contributes to management for preparing budgets.
* Manages open service orders to do timely billing.
* Sees business opportunities and is able to quantify them

Problem solving capability
* Takes ownership in resolving issues and escalations. Drives technical solution finding and implementation via CS channel but on higher level (e.g. CS country manager)
* Balances customers interest and ASML interests
* Understands business context of issues and escalations for responsible fabs/sites
* Is able to make balanced decision on cost efficient problem solving

Network
* Maintain working relations with relevant contacts inside and outside the own department / sector to share knowledge, as a basis for cross-sector optimization


Education

Degree or Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics

Experience

5 years' of relevant working experience
