Job Mission

Ensure successful delivery of all logistic
requirements of upgrades and installations of your product. Plan, source and
supply spare parts, tools and equipment so that material availability during an
upgrade or install is guaranteed. Understand and analyze data to improve the
logistic product and service. Initiate and contribute toprojects and continuous improvements to help
the team ensure that the (thousands of) high-tech parts continue to be
delivered on-time, on-spec and at the right quality at the customer site.
Perform under heavy pressure from the customer and drive costs down together
with engineering teams.

Job Description

·Plan, source, deliver and return (critical) parts and tools to customer sites through MRP (SAP) with support from our many
warehouses and 3PL service providers

·Issue resolution management of any logistical (SAP) issue occurring during the preparation or execution of the upgrade/install in the field, such as quality, incompleteness, DOA, and contamination

·Master in communication and coordination of a complex supply chain operation, supporting complex products which are in continuous development

·Manage critical stakeholders of our customer service teams (project leads, engineers), customers, factories, and account

- Evaluate performance with all stakeholders, perform data driven analysis and identify, initiate & drive (cross-sector) improvements


Relevant Master degree is a must (e.g. Industrial
Engineering & Management Science, Business Administration, Supply chain or


6-10 years relevant
experience in a large international high-tech company (industry or
consultancy), in Supply Chain or a comparable discipline SAP MRP expert with functional
knowledge of SCM Advanced Planning and Optimization Experience in working
with multi-disciplinary, highly educated teams Managed your own
projects, or participated in projects with large impact

Certified Lean Six Sigma
Black Belt or Green Belt is a strong pre

A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and
communication skills, who is able to convince and influence others

Context of the position

Thousands of parts and tools need to be planned, shipped and delivered every
day at our customer’s site, on the right moment, at the right quality, to
support our complex lithography machine upgrades, installs or relocations. These
systems are at the core of our customers IC manufacturing process, where time
to market is of the essence. ASML's Customer Supply Chain Management organization
in Taiwan is recruiting to deliver on this ambition. You will be part of a local
team of coordinators and planners , whom represent the ASML global supply chain
management organization in the ASML operation.
