The Bestuurders office is part of the Human Resources & Organization department. This position reports to the Manager C&B Operations WW.

As an assistant within the Bestuurders office, you will work closely together with the Bestuurder and his support office and the Works Council and its support office.
Your main responsibilities will be:
-Preparing agendas and taking minutes in weekly and biweekly Works Council meetings
-Meeting preparation and participation and follow up on actions
-Facility services, e.g. hospitality tasks, floor management
-Projects, events and year planning support
- Finished bachelors education in administrative direction.
-You have at least 5 years’ relevant experience as an assistant or in a similar function.
-Strong computer skills / knowledge of SharePoint.
-Communicate clearly and concisely with different stakeholders and have excellent written and verbal communications skills in both Dutch and English.

For this position, we are looking for candidates who are available for 3 days (24 hours) a week on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
