Job Mission

Your mission as a Vendor Sales Coordinator is to continuously work on the most efficient and effective end to end Vendor Sales process for ASML, and to secure material availability for both the 1st Tier supplier as well as for ASML.

Job Description

You will be responsible to:
Tactical:
-Work on integral Vendor Sales supply chain improvements and support the Vendor Sales improvement roadmap
-Own and develop procedural competences
-Represent the Vendor Sales team towards other different ASML departments
-Participate in structural improvement projects (within the department and/or sector)
-Support integration of the End-Of-Life process in the Vendor sales team (including back up structure)
-Maintain KPI dashboard for Vendor Sales in line with SNM framework and start corrective actions where needed.

Operational:
-Daily operational execution of VS activities
-Timely escalate shortages / risks within supply chain
-Contact for both internal / external stakeholders
-Responsible for logistical master data maintenance
-Take the lead in supplier development (Logistics performance)
-Take care of stock control & managing outstanding purchase agreements / conditions
-Operate as primary contact on timely follow-up on complaints and quality issues from our customers

Education

MSc / Bachelor degree; preferably in Logistics and/or Supply Chain/ or Business Economics

Context of the position

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is responsible for all inbound and outbound flows to and from the factory. Vendor Sales is part of Supplier Network Management, which is part of Supply Chain Management. The holder of this position reports to the Team Lead of Vendor Sales. Strong interfaces exist with different Supply Chain departments.
